Amastuola: How They Make Unique Organic Wines In Italy?

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A BIO WINE WITH GREAT QUALITY?

Amastuola is definitely the best choice !

ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE WORLD: COMBINE PRODUCTION, AESTHETICS, AND TRADITION

It is characterized by row of vines arranged like parallel and marked waves that extend for about three kilometres interspersed with 1500 olive trees placed in twenty-four islands over the whole surface of the vineyard. An area of one hundred hectares in which the local grape varieties are implanted on medium-textured soils characterized by the presence of skeletons, peats and valuable minerals that, together with the high sun-shine hours, facilitate the ORGANIC cultivation and give the wines a unique flavour.

AN ADVANCED LABORATORY

Amastuola is also an advanced laboratory collaborating with the prestigious Italian universities where the most modern techniques of production are studied and adopted.
An example is the agro-meteorological station, that together with the drip-irrigation system and the Scholander pressure chamber provides data useful to manage the application of the plant protection products and intervene with emergency irrigation only when essential.

Amastuola vineyard produces organic wines that are created from the fusion of tradition with modern research, producing a faithful expression of the unique terroir of Amastuola and fully reflecting our product philosophy. We take pride in being wine ‘craftsmen’, the true definition of what Amastuola vineyard represents.

The winery, designed with the scientific contribution of Rober to Zironi, professor at the University of Udine, has been conceived to follow the vineyard-garden philosophy, with the aim of enhancing the typical qualities of the grapes and producing wines that preserve their natural characteristics.
