Peri Bigogno the excellence of sparkling wine.
It was in 1980 when the charming project involved and excited Peri’s family: to produce a sparkling wine with refermentation in the bottle, according to what could then still be called “Method Champenoise”. Thus, for over thirty years, the picking of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for the creation of the base wine for Vintage sparkling wines opens the intense and exciting period of harvest. Since 2010 the PeriBigogno winery entered with enthusiasm in the Talento Italian Institute, which is an association that brings together some of the most important houses of the Italian wine scene.
The vineyards play an essential part in the landscape of Lago di Garda (Lake Garda), which is one of the most appreciated touristic areas between Venice and Milan. It is always ready to welcome the visitor at any time who desires to discover the beauty of both the countryside and the ancient villages following the tracks among the hills.
Vine growing and wine making are the two of the major features of Lombardy’s best traditions.
