HOW THEY MANAGE MAKING GREAT WINES?

To protect and respect nature, they use modern machinery to provide only a small amount of environmentally compatible pesticides. The wines are varied in composition, highly selected, judiciously over 60,000 strains, and the highest qualitative test in wine expressions, which can then be fully enjoyed.

THE HISTORY OF LA RINALDINI

Their farm was founded by the father Rinaldo Rinaldini in the late 1960s when he was managing a famous restaurant where he made handmade wines and sausages, where he served with the most authentic Emilian dishes.

The fund company is located between Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of the Matilde Mountains. The love of the land, the admiration and understanding of the ceremony “Champagne” has grown over time, and this has made their family a winemaker. Due to skill and curiosity, it was decided to save the old vines, otherwise it was destined to be extinct. Even today, the company retains its family identity, in fact to manage the entire processing cycle, from grapes to bottles, taking care of Paola Rinaldini with her husband Marco and son Luca, who takes care of the vineyard. The wine cellar was converted from an old farmhouse in 1884 and is located in the heart of the vineyard.
